PDF to Word Questions

What is DocSmartz - PDF to Word?
DocSmartz is a PDF converter that converts PDF files into Microsoft Word documents. It identifies text, paragraphs, columns, tables and images, and reproduces the document in Microsoft Word to look exactly like the original PDF.

How does it work?
You can simply press the "Browse" button and select the file you want to convert into Microsoft Word (.doc or .rtf) file, you can change the settings by clinking on the ‘Settings’ button first. Now simply press the "Convert" button, in a short time conversion will be finished.

Do I need Acrobat Reader?
You do not need Acrobat Reader to use DocSmartz.

Is purchase safe here?
At DocSmartz, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for protecting your information. When giving your credit card number, SSL encrypts all personal information including your card number, name and address. With this encryption, only DocSmartz is allowed to decode your information.

How can you be sure any connection is Secure?

Simply look at the lower right-hand or left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing a server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), the SSL is active and your information secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from 'http' to 'https'.

Can a scanned file be converted into a word file?

A scanned file is taken as an image while it is being converted. In the Word Format upon conversion too it stays as an Image.
